Martin Plack
With more than 30 years experience, Martin primarily focuses on business and real estate transactions. In his practice, Martin handles sales and leasing transactions for commercial and residential real estate. Martin also counsels businesses in transactional matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating business agreements. He assists new and continuing ventures in entity formation and maintenance. Martin assists individuals and families with estate planning needs, including: living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance health care directives.
Martin is a member of the California Bar and a licensed California real estate broker. He earned a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List, and a B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara.
