The practice was founded in 2007 and has been representing clients in business and real estate transactions  since.  The practice also includes risk management and training for real estate brokers and agents. 


Clients include individuals, small businesses and publicly traded corporations. Clients receive prompt, personal attention. ​

With more than 20 years experience, Martin primarily focuses on business and real estate transactions. In his practice, Martin handles sales and leasing transactions for commercial and residential real estate as well as providing counseling and training to real estate brokerages. Martin also counsels businesses in transactional matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating business agreements. He assists new and continuing ventures in entity formation and maintenance.


Martin is a member of the California Bar and a licensed California real estate broker. He earned a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List, and a B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara.
